Due to the change in the tier system after the November lockdown, I will only be offering one to one training. Group Training Classes will be suspended until further notice.
For your one to one training you will be required to wear a face mask (unless for medical reasons you are exempt). Hand sanitizer will be available at all times and social distancing will apply.
